Reminders:
1. Fill out the workout tracker everyday. 2. Eat and hydrate BEFORE practice and throughout the day to stay healthy. 3. If you will not be at practice, let your captain AND driver know by 8:30pm the night before - otherwise you will need to complete the prescribed workout + a 10km erg on your own. 4. Check the GroupMe when you wake up in case practice has been cancelled/ modified due to weather or other circumstances. |
